Every Short List profile shows the same things in the same order: subjects, session options, fees, and travel, and Verified profiles add what past organizers said. An organizer can weigh you against anyone on the directory in a minute, and the decision comes down to fit, not pitch.
- Published fees. Organizers arrive knowing your range, so fewer have to ask.
- Reviews collected directly from organizers. Each one comes from someone who booked you, here or anywhere else.
- Clear terms. If a service or program is part of your engagement, say so and organizers see it beside your fee. Books at a nominal price do not count as promotion.

The Verified label appears once three organizer reviews are in; your profile reads Verified Pending until then. Shortlisted is earned at ten organizer reviews on an active Verified plan. A Verified or Shortlisted label stays while your plan is active. If the plan ends, your profile stays in the directory as Listed.

What if I pay and get no bookings?
Verified is a subscription, not a booking guarantee. On the Annual plan, if no genuine, relevant inquiry reaches you in a paid year, the next year is on us and we review your profile with you. On either plan, if we do not publish you, you get a full refund; the details are in our Terms.
What happens when an organizer is interested in me?
We send you the organizer’s brief the same day. Listed speakers get an introduction by email when they say yes. Verified speakers are introduced directly and are recommended first when organizers ask us to curate a short list. You book directly with the organizer, and a request is not a booking.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Plans renew on their own, monthly on Monthly and yearly on Annual, until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal from your account or your receipt and your profile stays in the directory as Listed. Nothing is charged until you confirm the upgrade. The current Terms apply.
I already have a website.
Keep it. Your website tells your whole story. A Short List profile shows the same sections as every other, so an organizer can compare you with anyone on the directory.
Do I have to publish my fees?
You can publish a fee for a session, mark it as a custom quote, or choose No speaking fee ($0). Different formats can have different prices. Confirm final scope and costs before agreeing to an engagement.
Can I promote a service or program?
Yes, when the organizer agrees before the event. For each session, say whether you propose an optional invitation or a promotion your fee depends on, what you would say or do, and for how long. Organizers see it beside your fee, so nothing comes as a surprise. Books and other items at a nominal price do not count as promotion.
